This feature provides real-time information about the connection quality for both you and your opponent during online play. If you experience slow performance or communication delays between devices, the Health Monitor helps you identify the source of the issue.

If your status is consistently “Unstable” or “Poor”, you should consider improvements to your network equipment or Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Connection Status Types

The monitor uses the following statuses to indicate connection quality:

• Excellent: Fast and stable
• Good: Possible minor delays
• Unstable: Slower and may lag
• Poor: Frequent lag or disruption

Where To Find Connection Health Information

Connection health is displayed in three main sections:

1. Scoring App
2. DCTV Live Scoreboards
3. Match Reports

1. Scoring App

• During a match, the connection status for both opponents is shown at the top of the scoreboard.
• To see additional details, tap the “WiFi Indicator” on the Red Control Bar:
  
  
• Note: The Guest opponent’s status will be blank when the match begins and will appear after their first turn is entered (see example):

2. DartConnect TV

• When viewing a live scoreboard, click the gear icon (Settings) to turn on the option for “Show Connection Health”

2. Match Recap Reports

• After an online match is completed, a connection health report is automatically included in the match recap.

Attn Tournament and League Organizers: DCTV’s live scoreboard and the match recap report are helpful tools for monitoring live match activity and for post-match analysis if players report problems with system performance.
