Streamline Player Throw Order For Doubles, Triples & Quads in Digital Steel Events
Digital Steel events have to the option to control the player throwing order for team games in accordance with tournament rules.
For team games (doubles, triples and quads), which of the following rules apply to your event?:
After the first leg, players must continue to throw in the same order
Players may change the throwing order for any leg
If your event follows rule #1 above, you can choose to eliminate the need to manually select the throwing order prior to each leg. Instead of the gold player selection buttons, each leg will begin with the correct starting player automatically selected.
How To Adjust Player Throw Order Settings:
On the Event Hub, select “View/Edit Match Format” for any event. If an event is underway, you can also open the match editing page from the Tools menu.
Next, change the following option in the drop down menu to “Yes, Maintain throw order”:
NOTE: This option will automatically start all subsequent legs with the same player throw order from the first leg pre-selected. The gold player selection buttons will no longer appear after the first leg.
If you have selected “No, Do NOT maintain throw order”, the gold player selection buttons will appear at the start of EVERY LEG to allow the order to be changed.
