- The Extended Season rate applies to any league season running from 26 to 40 weeks or including up to 40 matches
- All invoices will be billed in US Dollars (USD) unless listed here as a supported regional currency
- The minimum requirement for league use is ONE division. Leagues can select specific divisions for DartConnect instead of the entire league.

When do these new league service rates take effect?
The new rates are effective starting for seasons with matches that begin on or after
September 01, 2026.
Will this affect my current season?
No, the price increase will only apply to league seasons that start on or after September 01, 2026.
What is considered an "Extended Season"?
An Extended Season is defined as any league season running from 26 to 40 weeks or has a division schedule that exceeds 26 matches.
Are player fees changing?
The fee increase applies to the league service fees per season (e.g., $6 for Singles, $12 for Doubles). If your league charges individual players, that fee is set by your league administration. Optional services like Additional Competition Cups or Open Tournaments may incur additional charges.
How does this price increase affect Post Season Play or Cup Competitions?
Standard post-season play is included in the season fees and match/week limit. If post-season matches cause the season to go beyond the limit, extended season fees will be applied.
Leagues are allowed one cup competition per season at no charge. Additional competitions and league events are subject to additional fees, see the league pricing table for current rates.
What are "Custom Programming" fees?
Unique service and feature requests that are specific to an individual league may incur additional fees to directly fund technical development and implementation.
What does the "Custom Portal Set Up" fee cover?
League administrators are provided with basic training and instructions for the initial set up of their league portal, including creating a new season, adding players and teams, setting up division match formats, schedules, optional post seasons and more. For those who lack the time or skill to do this themselves, DartConnect’s “Custom Portal Setup” service will work closely with you to populate and configure the portal and provide guidance on how to self-manage going forward.
Are any other DartConnect fees changing?
In addition to season fee changes, DartConnect will now charge separate fees for “add-on” services including new league custom portal setup, custom programming and player database file uploads.

Does my entire league need to use DartConnect?
The minimum requirement to onboard your league is ONE division.
Supporting one complete division will enable you to experience the full value of DartConnect, including match scoring, statistics reporting, electronic notifications and more at little to no risk.
